About Pandora

PANDORA was established by Danish goldsmith Per Enevoldsen and his wife Winnie in Copenhagen in 1982. From the beginning, Per and Winnie made frequent trips to Thailand in search of jewelry. As demand for their products increased, they shifted their focus from retail towards wholesale clients in Denmark. Building an international presence After several successful years as wholesalers, the first in-house designer joined the company in 1987, and PANDORA began creating its own unique jewelry. And in 1989, the company started manufacturing its jewelry in Thailand.

In 2000, PANDORA’s charm bracelet concept was launched in Denmark. Consumers embraced the concept and, encouraged by growing demand, the company entered the US, German and Australian markets.

40 countries, 6 continents Today, the PANDORA collection includes over 1,800 unique jewelry designs. These are sold directly or through third-party distributors to around 10,000 points-of-sale, including more than 200 PANDORA branded concept stores in over 40 countries across six continents.
